It is a brilliant base for a short break, has pleasant views over the whole bay. Beautifully decorated and bright rooms and fairly clean bathrooms. Super-friendly staff, nice breakfast with lots of food. Marvellous and stunning location in the lovely peaceful area, close enough to the restaurant, Peasholm park and the beach, bars and the town. A lovely cosy hotel, my first choice in Scarborough.

Would recomand this place to everyone. Ideal base for a short break, has pleasant view of the beach. The hotel offers a great selection of food that was excellent. The room is beautifully decorated and essentials you need, including coffee and complementary tea, is right there. The staff are supper friendly, we enjoyed them.

The room was spotless, modern and had central heating, coffee/tea making equipment and TV. We had a lovely view to beach at rear or town at the front and an exceptionally comfortable bed.
